Moms 4 Community is a fantastic resource for all mothers, whether working or at-home. We offer activities for the kids, evenings out for the moms, and most importantly the chance to get to know other moms who are enjoying the same challenges and rewards of motherhood.
We publish a calendar of events in our monthly newsletter, and while most of our activities are geared toward our children (generally infants through age five), we also offer evening activities for our school-aged children, family events that include dad, nights out for you and your husband, and evenings out just for the moms.
Most of our members belong to one of our age-appropriate playgroups. Playgroups consist of 4-6 moms and their children and usually meet on a weekly basis.
We also have a monthly Membership Meeting that gives us a chance to gather as a large group. We offer a morning and evening meeting so everyone has the opportunity to attend. At the morning meetings, members take turns staffing a kid's room so our children can play while we get a chance to relax and socialize.
Moms 4 Community prides itself on helping others in need. We plan several service projects throughout the year and we encourage our members to participate in reaching out to our community.
